In February this year, I had an infection in my vagina. My vagina itched, and I had to use vagisil cream to stop itching. Two weeks later, I had discharge from my vagina, the yellow one, and it was very painful. I went to the clinic and was given a yeast infection pill for 3 days, which helped. However, I still experience occasional itching and think it might be slightly swollen. What could be the cause, and what can I do to address it?

I have been diagnosed with OCPD and ADHD, and have been using Concerta for more than a year. I have tried various medications like Effexor XR, Prestiq, Topamax, Wellbutrin, and Cipralex, but felt no effect even after using them for more than six months each. I am looking for a medication that can help with my OCPD symptoms without causing side effects like laziness and lack of motivation. What medication would you recommend, and is it safe to combine it with 5-HTP?

I suffer from BPD and panic disorder, and for the past 6 months, I have constant muscle tightness in my chest that radiates down to my arms, making it hard for me to do daily activities even though I take my medication daily. Additionally, my breasts are cramping and very tender. I'm a 31-year-old female, 230 lbs, and nothing helps the tightness. I'm always in pain, always tired, and my bloodwork was fine six months ago, but I've had my heart checked several times. I was a heavy alcoholic for about 12 years before cutting back. I've also been experiencing neuropathy pain in my arms and legs that lasted two weeks. I've had EKGs and X-rays, which were normal, but I'm still concerned. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests should I request from my doctor?
