I have redness and pain in my penis, and I feel a little pain while urinating. I have noticed a small amount of blood when I touch the head of my penis. How long have you had the pain? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the pain? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I'm an 18-year-old female with a sore throat on only one side, which is unusual for me. I had a mild runny nose for the past few days, but otherwise, I feel fine. My tonsils don't look swollen, and I can swallow food and liquids without pain. I'm concerned about the possibility of it being something serious like a peritonsillar abscess or COVID-19. What could be causing this sore throat, and are there any symptoms or treatments I should be aware of?

I am reviewing an Echo report from 2016. I have reduced pulmonary functioning and my Pulmonary doctor asked if I have had an echo. I noticed my left atrium was slightly dilated. I am unclear about the reference tables for left atrial volume index (LAVI), which suggest different cutoff values for concern. Heart disease runs in my family, and I am a carrier of Alpha 1 Antitrypsin defect.
