I have had mucus in my eye for the last two days. My eye is also red. I am 51 years old and take medication for high blood pressure, heart failure, and diabetes. What could be causing this and how can I treat it?

I found a black mark under my big toe. It is roughly 1 cm away from the left side of my toe and about 2 cm up in the middle, not growing from the bottom of my toe. I have a propensity for ingrown toes/fungus, but this mark is in the center, away from usual sites. I am 27, female, with fair skin/eyes and approximately 50 moles/freckles. I am concerned that this could be melanoma.

Regarding blood pressure and eye pressure, does strength training and cardio training lower these pressures over time, and is it beneficial to do various types of training including stretching, regardless of the order? Additionally, do these types of training activities, including heavy and light lifting, pose minimal risk of paralysis or other severe health issues, and is overtraining not harmful in the long term?
