I have been experiencing pain and spasms in my lower chest and upper stomach area since yesterday around 6pm. The spasms were so strong that I was throwing up during the night. I took 2 Tylenol and was able to sleep, but I still feel the pain occasionally, with strong contractions happening about once an hour. I have not seen a doctor about this pain. I recently started a keto diet a month ago and lost 13lbs, and I'm unsure if this has anything to do with my symptoms. What could be causing this and what should I do?
