I injected testosterone oil into my left medial delt on Sunday. There was little to no pain initially, but now I have a red swelling and pain more distal from the injection site on the lateral head of the bicep. I also have a cough and a fever of 99.5°F. Is it possible the oil may have moved, and is this an infection? I have no headache or nausea, and this is my second week of testosterone therapy with 250mg per 1ml test, 50mg propionate, and 200mg enanthate.

I was run over by a car below the knee. I am an avid hiker and was able to hike 8 miles three days a week just a week after the injury. The back of my leg was swollen and numb, but now it has started hurting. I am still able to hike, but I am wondering what might be wrong and if I should see a doctor.

I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy with cataplexy, but I also experience symptoms like dizziness when standing up quickly, increased heart rate upon standing, and flexibility consistent with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Could these symptoms be related to POTS or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, potentially leading to a misdiagnosis of narcolepsy? Additionally, could the medication Provigil be aggravating these symptoms?

I had an initial CBC on 14/02/2017 with abnormal results: Platelets 108 L and Red Blood Cells 5.76 H. I've been worried since then, even after a repeat test showed slight improvement: Platelets 117 L and Red Blood Cells 5.73 H. I'm concerned about potential cancer, lupus, or leukemia and can't sleep or eat. What should I do next?
