I was diagnosed with Narcolepsy with cataplexy, but I also experience symptoms like dizziness when standing up quickly, increased heart rate upon standing, and flexibility consistent with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. Could these symptoms be related to POTS or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, potentially leading to a misdiagnosis of narcolepsy? Additionally, could the medication Provigil be aggravating these symptoms?

I had an initial CBC on 14/02/2017 with abnormal results: Platelets 108 L and Red Blood Cells 5.76 H. I've been worried since then, even after a repeat test showed slight improvement: Platelets 117 L and Red Blood Cells 5.73 H. I'm concerned about potential cancer, lupus, or leukemia and can't sleep or eat. What should I do next?

I get an extremely sharp pain in my fourth toe while sleeping. The pain wakes me up and has been happening almost every night for months. I've had the pain for 6 months and it is worse in the middle of the night. I have Addison's disease and Sarcoidosis, and I take cortef and florinef daily.
