I had an unprotected sexual encounter four months ago and have since tested for every STD. My tests were negative for HIV, chlamydia, gonorrhea, herpes, and syphilis at various intervals. Is there any chance I could still transmit an STD to my partner? Are my test results 100% reliable and conclusive?
