I noticed a tiny white hair in the back of my head, which was not present yesterday. I am 19 years old, and neither of my parents has white hair. Could this be due to a new hair gel I started using, as the hair does not even look like my hair texture?

My husband has a dry cough and runny nose since Sunday night. He coughs so much he feels like throwing up but it’s not phlegm. He has a blocked nose, a headache last night after coughing a lot, but no sore throat or fever. He also experiences a little breathing discomfort and shortness of breath when he speaks. I’m normally hot natured but for some reason while I was in bed this morning I felt like I couldn’t get warm but I eventually did. I just got out of the shower and yet my skin still feels cool to the touch. Is this alarming? And I do get my second COVID vaccine 2 days ago.
