I am concerned about a transvaginal ultrasound due to ongoing abdominal pains. I have the full image but no report reading. The doctor mentioned there was no free fluid in the uterus, but I am worried about shadows on the right side of the uterus that look like a black circle. I am curious if this could be bowel or a normal ultrasound occurrence, and if it could be related to my pelvic pain. Additionally, I have more images of the ultrasound that I can share for further analysis.
