I have a corneal abrasion that occurred for the first time on Sunday, three months after having LASIK surgery. The abrasion was stable until this morning when the pain returned. I saw an ophthalmologist on Sunday who prescribed ointment. What should I do since I can't have a follow-up appointment until January 4th?
