I have a client with an open scalp wound that has been present since April 7th. We have been cleaning the area daily with wound wash, tea tree oil, and petroleum jelly. We have not yet seen a doctor. What is the best course of action for treatment and should we continue using the current cleaning regimen or switch to something else?
