I recently started taking Centrum One A Day vitamins and have been getting a stomach ache every morning after taking it. Whatâs wrong? I read online that it contains titanium dioxide, which can cause cancer. If I stop taking it now, will I still get cancer? What are good multivitamins for women that include iron but will not cause stomach issues? Do I actually need to take multivitamins? If not, which vitamins should I supplement my diet with? I was anemic in the past, so they recommend keeping up iron. So, are just iron and vitamin D supplements enough? Are probiotics good too? I take a probiotic capsule but am unsure if I need it.

I took Mucinex and am experiencing anxiety and panic side effects. How can I reduce these side effects and get the medicine out of my system faster? Additionally, what can I do to calm a panic or anxiety attack while trying to fall asleep? Are there any side effects from Mucinex that I should be concerned about, and can random sharp pains in the left side of my chest be related to anxiety?

I've been feeling very sick lately with symptoms including dizziness, lightheadedness, fatigue, palpitations, muscle weakness, and intolerance to standing up. My heart rate can go up to 130 when standing. I've had various medical tests, including metabolic panels, ANA, PTT, cortisol, and a brain MRI, all of which came back normal. My fiancé took himself off of subutex about 100 days ago and now experiences brain fog and his urine is killing grass and weeds around his porch. He is 42 years old, was on subutex for 10 years, and drinks a few beers once a month. Is this something I should worry about, and could they be correlated?
