I have severe right hip pain that shoots down my leg to the front of my calf, causing difficulty walking and feeling like foot drop. I have to think about every step I take. Ibuprofen and Cyclobenzaprine work for a couple of hours, but I can only lay curled up on my left side to sleep, and it wakes me up screaming. There is no swelling. I also have a history of Ankylosing Spondylitis and some bulging disks in my lower back. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

She tested non-reactive for HIV, Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis a week after our encounter, but I'm still experiencing symptoms like headaches, joint pains, canker sores, sore throat, stomach cramps, and changes in bowel movements. I'm scared because she hasn't been tested since, and I'm not confident in the 90-day conclusive test results. What should I do?
