How can I help my boyfriend who has schizoaffective disorder, manic depression, borderline personality disorder, and PTSD, especially when he believes our apartment is full of worms, snakes, and bugs, and that they are crawling through his skin? He is addicted to street drugs, rarely takes his meds, and refuses to go to the hospital. He is also very agitated, breaking things, and getting angry with me due to what he hears in his head. He has been taking his shoes apart and tearing his clothes up because he believes there are worms inside them. Is there anything I can do to help him at home?

It's been almost 24 hours, and my eye is a little red, itchy, and irritated, but there's no discharge or vision issues. What should I do?
