I sprayed 24D yesterday while wearing a mask. My wife had flu-like symptoms but is now well. I have vomited twice today, have a temperature ranging from 100 to 101 degrees, feel tired, and have no other symptoms. I washed my hands and took a shower when I got home. I am diabetic and have no insurance. What do you think?

I am a 28-year-old female with a history of low iron, irregular periods, and difficulty conceiving. I have experienced symptoms such as tachycardia, hair loss, extreme fatigue, high Epstein Barr levels, and recent worsening of tachycardia with a fast heart rate, especially in heat. My blood pressure is usually low, and I have had episodes of pitting edema and bloating. My most recent blood work shows high TIBC, low iron saturation, and normal thyroid function.
