Can I use Efudix on my nose for squamous intraepidermal carcinoma? I was told by a plastic surgeon that Efudix accelerates the cancer on the nose. Is this true?

I had a potential HIV exposure on June 6th. I had PCR RNA HIV 1 Quantitative and HIV 2 DNA/RNA Qualitative tests on Day 53, and a HIV 4th Gen/Duo result on Day 56. Can I rule out HIV based on these results, and do I need to retest at 90 days?

I have had a low-grade fever, no appetite, slight headache, and lower intestine pain for the past 4-3 days. My bowel movements are mucus-like, and I experienced weakness in my legs on the first day, along with some nausea. I have not taken any medication for the past three days, but I took Excedrin before that. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests or treatments should I consider?
