My 17-year-old daughter has been experiencing intermittent nausea since recovering from Covid three years ago. She has been tested for food allergies and reacts to oats, dairy, and soy. She has eliminated these from her diet but still experiences nausea, especially with dairy. She sometimes wakes up nauseous without having eaten.
