We live in a small town where everything is currently closed due to the pandemic. What can we do to manage his acne until we can see a specialist?

I have been experiencing a light, constant pressure headache on the left side of my head for a few months. The pain is dull and localized to the same spot every time. I have a scar and a permanent bump on my skull from a childhood injury where I hit my head on the edge of a swimming pool. I am 33 years old and recently had a CT scan showing an enlarged ascending aorta of 4.2 cm. I also have a slow heart rate and bounding heartbeats, especially at night, which started recently. I have been working out (lifting weights) for 3 years and taking protein shakes. Could these factors be related to my enlarged aorta and heartbeats?

I am from a large Irish Catholic family. The two weaknesses that seem to repeat are alcohol and difficulties in relationships. Are being Irish, heavy alcohol use, and poor or no relationships related?
