I've been experiencing sharp, jolting pains in my head on both sides, sometimes accompanied by lightheadedness and a racing heart. The pains last only a few seconds and are not typical headaches. I’m taking Paxlovid for Covid and it’s giving me diarrhea. My anus is so raw it bleeds, and it hurts to sit. I’ve been using coconut oil, but it helps only a little. What can I do to alleviate the pain and discomfort, especially since I have one more day of the medication?
