I have recurring nausea that is connected to sleep. Any disruption in my sleep pattern results in bad nausea all day, affecting my quality of life. I've tried Zofran and over-the-counter nausea medicines, but they don't help. The nausea isn't related to digestion or food. I have an IUD and have seen a doctor who prescribed Zofran and a sleep aid, but I prefer not to take sleep aids. What can I do to treat the nausea?

I have been experiencing sinus burning since November 2nd, with pain, redness, and crustiness in my nostril. I completed a round of antibiotics in December, which relieved some sinus pressure but did not eliminate the symptoms. Recently, I found a swollen, pea-sized lump under my jaw, possibly a lymph node. Could this be related to my sinus issues? I have an appointment with an ENT, but I'm experiencing health anxiety about this being something serious. What are your thoughts?

I have been experiencing constant lower abdominal pain for 3 months, centralized in the prostate/rectal area, which worsens with car rides due to bumps. I have undergone multiple scans and tests (CT scans, spinal MRIs, upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, prostate biopsy) that show no significant findings except for slight nerve impingement in the lumbar area and mild irritation. I am taking painkillers (percocet, oxycodone) and am most comfortable lying flat on my back. I also have no spleen, no appendix, and only one fully functional kidney due to a previous cancerous tumor removal. I am concerned about the lack of relief and quality of life despite seeing multiple specialists. What could be causing this pain, and what further tests or treatments should I consider?
