I have a cut tendon in my pinky that I never got looked at, which happened about 3 years ago. It's been causing pain, and now my middle finger has been experiencing pain for the past three days. I'm 33 years old and not using any medications. I also experience tingling sensations in my pinky and middle finger, but no wrist pain, forearm pain, neck stiffness, or swelling. I use my mobile for about 2 hours a day. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My TSH is 0.06. I have been experiencing symptoms such as fatigue, thinning hair, depression, dry skin, constipation, weakness, trouble sleeping at night, general feeling unwell, and anxiety for approximately 3-4 weeks. I am currently on 112 mcg of Synthroid. I had a thyroidectomy for cancer 8 years ago, am a type 2 diabetic, and have hypertension. How should I approach my primary doctor to discuss potentially lowering my Synthroid dosage?
