I was recently diagnosed with HSV 1 in my vagina, and I've had it on my lips since I was a child. Can I sexually transmit HSV 1 to my partner, and how many outbreaks can I expect a year? Also, is it possible for my partner to contract HSV 1 from me if I'm not having any symptoms?

I am a 30-year-old with celiac disease, following a strict diet, and my antibodies are 0. I have been experiencing various symptoms including abdominal pain near the navel and left ovary, intermittent pelvic pain, bloody diarrhea, yellow mucus diarrhea, nausea, constant lower abdominal and pelvic pain, exhaustion, muscle twitching, joint pain, loss of appetite, back pain, and a cough.
