I have an underactive thyroid. My doctor has increased my thyroid medication six times, but I still can't lose weight. I need to lose weight and am wondering if my medication needs to be increased again. I eat no more than 1000 calories a day. What can I do?

I accidentally took both my Lexapro (10mg) and Buspirone (15mg) twice today, about 12 hours apart. Is this a dangerous amount? What can I expect to experience? Should I continue my normal routine of taking Lexapro and Buspirone together in the AM and just Buspirone in the PM, or should I skip one or the other tomorrow morning?
