I woke up in the middle of the night with a burning/choking sensation at the base of my neck. It started about 20 minutes ago. I have no known allergies and am currently taking sertraline. What could be causing this and how can I relieve it?

I dropped my car key beside my seat and when I pulled it up, the seat adjuster went between my index finger and thumb, pushing the tissue down and causing numbness and atrophy in my hand and wrist. A doctor referred to it as Tanner's thumb nerve damage. How can I reverse this situation?

I have received my blood test results today and some levels are high. Specifically, AST is 84, ALT is 75, GGT is 182, haptoglobin is 233, and ferritin is 326. I am 49 years old, on HBP medications, and have been experiencing severe stomach pains. I have a colonoscopy scheduled at the end of the month. Can you tell me what these levels mean and if I should be concerned enough to see a doctor sooner?

I am a 43-year-old fit male. My girlfriend tested positive for COVID-19 after experiencing symptoms like low-grade fever, headache, cough, and sinus drainage. I was with her before she tested positive and have mild symptoms myself, such as a slight dry cough and mild aches, but my rapid test was negative. I am isolating and want to know: 1) Could my rapid test be a false negative given my mild symptoms? 2) Should I retest in a few days? 3) Should my elderly parents, whom I saw a week ago, get tested even though my girlfriend did not interact with them?
