I would like to share a scenario and have someone let me know if I am at any risk for HIV transmission. I met a guy who wanted to sleep with me, but I said no. He touched himself while clothed and then touched the top of my vulva briefly. He also kissed and sucked my breasts without biting, and jerked off in my presence without any semen near me. I stroked myself afterward. Am I at risk for HIV or any other sexually transmitted infections (STIs) from this encounter?
