I suffer from vertigo, dizziness, and ear blockage. An MRI in 2014 showed multiple foci of increased T2 signal in the centrum semiovale and subcortical white matter of both cerebral hemispheres, suggesting microvascular disease, old trauma, demyelination, or Lyme disease. Fluid partly opacifies the right mastoid air cells, possibly indicating mastoiditis or obstructed drainage. What do these findings mean, and could they be causing my current symptoms?
