I’m unsure if I should go to the emergency room. I had a sinus infection that was improving, but after being in a cold environment, my fingertips turned blue and returned to normal after warming up. Since then, my sinus infection has worsened, and I experienced a severe vertigo attack in April, leaving me unable to move or walk without assistance. I now have difficulty lifting my left arm, intermittent vision issues, shortness of breath, and significant pain as my nerves seem to be reawakening. I also have central and peripheral vestibularpathy. Should I go to the emergency room for these symptoms?

I have fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, hypertension, and was taking Orlistat until a few weeks ago. No recent injuries, but pain is constant but reduced with Buscopan.
