I just received my MRI results of the cervical spine. I am having severe pain in my left shoulder and arm along with numbness at night. The MRI states 'C6-7: Concentric disc bulge. Shallow broad-based central disc protrusion. No significant compromise of the central canal or foramen.' The findings also state 'No acute vertebral body compression fracture. Marrow signal was normal. No bony destructive process. No spondylolisthesis. Diffuse disc desiccation. Clear craniocervical junction. Homogeneous cord signal intensity.' My appointment with the spine center is still a month away. My pain in the shoulder and arm is getting worse. I am wondering if my spine is causing this problem, or if I should get back with my PCP to check for other problems.

I keep getting pain behind my right eye and severe headaches, sometimes turning into migraines. When this happens, I get dizzy, struggle to see clearly, and the only relief I get is by pressing against my eye with my thumb. I've had an eye test, which was normal, and I experience this at least 4 to 5 times a week, making it hard to function for hours. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I am in so much pain due to stage 3 Lyme disease. I have been misdiagnosed for 5 years and tested positive for Borrelia burgdorferi. I am currently taking medication for parasites and experiencing severe pain, brain fog, and speech issues. No one believes in chronic Lyme disease. I am scheduled to see a new doctor and a pain clinic, but I need help until then. What hospital or place can I get help for my pain?
