I'm 50 years old and going through menopause. I have constant hot flashes and night sweats that severely disturb my sleep. I have had acid reflux for a long time and recently experienced worsening symptoms during a stressful period. I also have sleep apnea, a dry cough, sore throat, and post-nasal drip. My cough is worse during the day and goes away at night. I had a chest x-ray, EKG, and bloodwork, all of which were clear. Could this be GERD or sinus issues, and is it common to have a cough during the day but not at night?

My boyfriend has small bumps on the head of his penis, and we recently used a new brand of condoms called One. He's 18, experiences itching, and is not taking any medicines. The bumps appeared after using the condoms, and both his penis and my genital area smell like the condom and have mild itching. What do you think is going on?

My mother-in-law's blood pressure is 83 over 43. Should she be taken to the ER? She takes high blood pressure medicine but hasn't taken any extra. She just got out of the hospital yesterday for a fall but everything checked out OK and they sent her home. They did say that her blood pressure was dropping whenever she stood up and that is why she is so weak in her legs and is falling. She also was dehydrated.
