I tested for STIs, including Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, HIV, and Syphilis, on January 1, January 10, and January 24, all of which came back negative. I also had Urethritis from January 26 to 30 and left testicular pain on January 26, which went away. Do I need to have a throat swab STD test?

I've had annual mammograms since having a small malignant cyst removed, which has been gone for 4 years. I'm 77 years old. Why do I need to schedule both appointments?
