Last night I went out drinking with friends and today, after itching a bug bite hard, I got broken blood vessels. This doesn’t usually happen when I itch. Can the broken blood vessels be caused by alcohol consumption? Could it be related to my menstrual cycle or heat-induced itching?

What are all your symptoms? Are you currently using any medications? My symptoms include a bad skin infection, extreme pain in my hands, swelling of hands and feet, mostly in my fingers and wrists. The pain is stabbing and sharp, like being tortured every day, both hands. It used to be in the morning after sleeping but now it's all the time. I am a 63-year-old woman, and my medications are Tylenol with codeine for pain, anxiety medication, and sleeping tablets. This all started very slowly after receiving the COVID vaccine.

I am a 66-year-old female with diabetes and mild edema in my legs. I have a square-shaped abrasion above my ankle that I've had since Monday. The abrasion was covered with wraparound gauze by my foot doctor, and later I applied a 6x6 silicone dressing with Neosporin. I am unsure how to properly care for the abrasion and whether it is infected. How should I clean and treat the abrasion, and what signs of infection should I watch for?

I have a super itchy back. I noticed what looked like a blood blister, which is now replaced by a puncture mark. Could this have been a bed bug bite? I also experienced fever chills since noticing the 'bite'. When did the itchiness start, and does it come and go? Does my skin look different (red, dry, scaley, raised, etc.)? Do I have any known allergies or other medical history the Doctor should know?
