I have a rash and pimples on my head that started after a massage. I suspect it might be due to bacteria from dirty hands. The rash is itchy, feels hot, and is red almost everywhere. I've tried over-the-counter creams and shampoos like ketoconazole and clobetasol, but they haven't helped. I also have dandruff and am concerned about the possibility of it being herpes, especially since it has spread to around my anus, which is a new area for me.
