I had an endoscopy in January that showed mild gastritis but no Barrett's. I've been experiencing daily heartburn and acid reflux for the last 2-3 months, especially overnight. Could this be Barrett's, or is it unlikely given the January results? Also, is it safe to drink alcohol while taking 40 mg of pantoprazole daily?

I think I have trapped air in my upper diaphragm. It moves around and comes and goes. Feels better when I lie down. I'm worried that it may be heart related though it probably isn't. What could be causing this and how can I manage it?

I have been experiencing tiredness for nearly 2 years, initially thought to be due to sleep apnea, but recently diagnosed with stage 3A chronic kidney disease (CKD) in April 2023. My current glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is 55, and my doctor suggests a 'wait and see' approach. I am concerned about the progression of CKD and wonder if starting treatment like Farxiga in the earlier stages could prevent it from advancing to stage 4. What would you recommend?
