I think I have tendinitis in my elbow, which is getting worse. It hurts to extend my arm and clench my fist, and it also hurts when I pull my arm to my chest. I haven't seen a doctor yet, but I've been using an elbow band with a pressure spot, taking ibuprofen for inflammation, and also taking glucosamine for knee pain. My medical history includes high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and obesity. What should I do?

I have been experiencing burning pain at the head of my penis, especially after urinating and while masturbating, for about 3 days. I am uncircumcised and have no discharge. I was initially treated for gonorrhea and chlamydia, but I am now wondering if it could be another type of bacterial infection or prostatitis. How common is it to have this kind of pain without discharge, and could it be another bacteria that the antibiotics have treated?
