I had extensive tests at the ER which showed no abnormalities, but I am concerned about potential misdiagnosis or overlooked serious conditions like liver disease. What could be causing these symptoms and how should I proceed?

I had bypass surgery on July 6, 2017. I am currently on Plavix one tab Monday, Wednesday, & Friday. Talked to cardiologist yesterday and was referred to general practitioner. I went for a chest x-ray and was told the doctor would call if they saw anything that concerned them. I did not get a call yet.
