My daughter is pregnant and was on suboxone before pregnancy, but stopped during her pregnancy. She fell and was admitted to the hospital for high blood pressure and pre-eclampsia. A social worker asked about her suboxone use and requested pharmacy records. They also mentioned testing the baby's first bowel movement for drugs. Can they take the baby away from my daughter?

Both my feet and legs are swollen and have been for three days. They get really tight, have red marks around the ankles, and sometimes I can't feel my feet. I can walk but it hurts a lot. I'm 53 years old and don't use any medications or suffer from any chronic conditions. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have contact dermatitis in my genital area. I had it 10 years ago and it lasted about a month. It's not a yeast infection and it's red, tender, and very itchy. Can you provide any help or a prescription?

I am a 40-year-old male living in a basement apartment in a house where a child tested positive for Covid. I was in a room with him for about an hour yesterday, but he was masked and more than six feet apart from me. I have already received my first dose of the Moderna vaccine. Do I need to quarantine?

My adult son, who is 23 and has no medication history, has returned home exhibiting symptoms of memory loss, staggering, and slurred speech. He claims to go days without sleep and has a history of sleepwalking in the family. He has also had issues with substance abuse, including drug experimentation and alcohol abuse, leading to a drug overdose that required hospitalization. What could be causing his symptoms and what steps can be taken to address them?

I recently had an annual blood test that revealed low white blood cell (WBC) count of 3.3. I am a 31-year-old female, otherwise healthy with no medications. My previous WBC counts were 5.3 (2019), 5.0 (2018), 3.9 (2016), 4.5 (2015), and 4.8 (2012). A week after the blood test, a urine test revealed a UTI which was treated with antibiotics. Should I be concerned about my low WBC count, and what should I do next?
