My forearm is giving me a lot of pain, specifically on the outside of my right forearm. It hurts when I grab anything, make a fist, or extend my arm outward. The pain is mainly achy and feels like a pulling of the muscle or tendon. I'm a 33-year-old carpenter with a history of heavy lifting and outdoor work, but I can't recall any specific incident that caused this pain. It's been several days and the pain is not going away. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I'm 18 years old and have been experiencing anxiety, breathing issues, and digestive problems such as constipation and feeling full despite eating very little. I'm taking escitalopram for anxiety and simethicone for gas relief, but I'm concerned about side effects and whether these medications are causing my constipation. I had my period exactly one week ago and I woke up bleeding with a fever and headache. I only had the headache right before I woke up to the bleeding. The pain is in my whole head, the top and front. I have a history of irregular periods after a miscarriage in 2016, a small cyst, and fibroid. The bleeding is light with one clot, and I experienced pains in my lower back and legs, followed by a fever and headache. Last night, I had a sharp pain in my abdomen right after eating, which lasted for about a minute or two. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?
