I am concerned about the flagged items and the lymphocyte count, which was also high six months ago. Additionally, I had a heart calcium scan done, showing three arteries at 0 and one at 19. Should I be concerned about these results?

I am bleeding, and I went through menopause at least 8 years ago. The bleeding has been light and stable. I have no history of uterine, ovarian, or bladder cancer in my immediate family. I have never had a negative pap test, and I had one in March 2023. I have been under stress and have had back and side pain and headaches the week before. I also have dryness in my vagina and have been taking leftover antibiotics for a suspected UTI. What could be causing the bleeding, and what should I do?
