I am 25 years old and experiencing a stiff neck, headache, and face tingling. The tingling in my face started yesterday and lasted for about 5 minutes, affecting both cheeks and jaw. I also had a brief headache on the back of my head on the left side that lasted less than 20 seconds. Today, I have neck pain and pressure in my head. I am currently obese and do not work at a desk. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I am bleeding, and I went through menopause at least 8 years ago. The bleeding has been light and stable. I have no history of uterine, ovarian, or bladder cancer in my immediate family. I also have dryness in my vagina and have been taking leftover antibiotics for a suspected UTI. What could be causing the bleeding, and what should I do?

Can you help me figure out if these marks on my son are flea bites or bed bug bites? They came on gradually, are very itchy, and he is the only one in my home with these bites, but he spends time with his father where others may also have them.

I have back pain located along a straight line from my sternum to my back, near the spine and the point where most people tend to slouch. My posture has been getting worse, and I work at a job where I look down a lot. I've tried using a broomstick to keep my shoulders back, but I'm unsure if this is effective. What is the best way to maintain good posture without looking foolish, and is it normal to get tired holding good posture? Additionally, can a Nissen fundoplication cause someone to slouch over the years?
