I have 2 fractures in my ankle from a motorcycle accident last Monday and I still can’t put weight on it. How long have you had the fracture? Have you used any medication for it? Have you seen a doctor about the fracture? Anything else in your medical history you think the doctor should know?

I’ve had what feels like a twitch or a heart beat right at the bottom of my rib cage/abdomen, on the left side. It’s been there since this morning. Is it just a twitch or could it be related to the heart?

Hi, my serum total bilirubin level is 30 umol/L. Should I be concerned? Is this considered higher than normal? I have some chest and upper back pain but no other symptoms. I haven't used any medications and all my other liver tests came back normal, except for the bilirubin which was considered borderline.

My 6.5-year-old daughter has not gone to the toilet for the last 11 days. She is experiencing sharp and stabbing pain at her anus when trying to pass hard stool. She is currently taking Movicol and drinking plenty of fluids, but she is very scared and cries frequently due to the pain. What can we do to help her pass the stool and alleviate her discomfort?

I have a loose foreskin on my penis that has been progressively worsening over the past two years, and for the last two weeks, my penile head has been unable to come out of the bunched up foreskin. I have not used any medication for this issue and have not seen a doctor about it. Additionally, I have chronic heart failure due to atrial fibrillation (with an ICD implant since 2012), type 2 diabetes, sleep apnea (using CPAP nightly), and I am on seven prescription medications.
