My sister has a herniated disk in her back (L4 L5) and recently took a high dose of prescribed medications including Soma 350mg, Percocet 5/325, and a small amount of weed for pain relief. She has since experienced vomiting and is somewhat unresponsive. What is the maximum safe dose of these medications combined, and could her symptoms be due to an overdose or just a negative reaction to the medication?

I was prescribed Enbrel for several years and have been off it for several years. Now I have developed a serious and undiagnosed shaking and balance problem. Could this be the result of my long involvement with Enbrel? I am a victim of FMF.

I have high cholesterol with a total of 292, LDL of 209, and HDL of 232. I was on Crestor but switched to Pravastatin due to muscle aches and back pain. Now, the lower back pain has returned. Should I continue taking Pravastatin, or should I ask to be switched to something else? Can the side effects go away if I stick it out? Is it safe to try to bring my cholesterol down naturally?

For years now, I have had high Ferritin levels, low neutrophils, and abdominal pain on the right side. My grandson has Urticaria Pigmentosa, and my daughter has just been diagnosed with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Could my symptoms indicate a related problem?
