My son cut his finger fairly deep last night. I washed it and put butterfly closure, polysporin, and a band aid on it. It stopped bleeding after pressure and it doesn't seem to have any swelling. How do we care for it now? Should he avoid getting it wet, and what are suggestions for shower time? How long do we leave the butterfly closure on, and should we change the bandaid daily? He is a type 1 diabetic, so I want to be careful what we do. He has had a tetanus shot.

I recently had a miscarriage and will be trying to conceive again soon. I've been taking Trader Joe's brand prenatal vitamins for about 2 months, but I'm experiencing nausea and difficulty sleeping. I've switched to folate 1,333 MCG DFE, but the side effects persist. I'm looking for recommendations on the best prenatal vitamins that are effective without causing adverse side effects. What are your suggestions?

I have a client with an open scalp wound that has been present since April 7th. We have been cleaning the area daily with wound wash, tea tree oil, and petroleum jelly. We have not yet seen a doctor. What is the best course of action for treatment and should we continue using the current cleaning regimen or switch to something else?

I feel sick after using Tioconazole for the first time. I used the cream for a yeast infection and now I feel nauseous, crampy, and get flushed feelings. Could these symptoms be from the cream or are they unrelated?
