My son has had open sores in his bum for 5 years, which have not healed despite seeing multiple doctors across Pennsylvania. The sores are stable but can worsen depending on how often he poops. He has a history of CMV virus and had his colostomy reversed at 8 weeks old. We have tried various treatments including antifungal creams, antibiotic ointments, stomach medications, and zinc supplements, but nothing has helped. What could be causing these sores and what further steps can be taken to diagnose and treat them?

I am struggling with tiredness, bloated stomach with occasional pain, feeling sick, and difficulty eating for the last 3 days. I also experience bouts of depression and severe social anxiety. The pain is stable but the frequency of occurrence has increased. I have lost around 2 kg in the last 3 days and experience night sweats, especially around the anus/perineum. I have a family history of coeliacs and have never been tested. What could be the underlying cause of these symptoms and what can I do to address them?

I've been feeling like I'm drunk for the past week, with balance issues and dizziness that comes and goes. I'm not a heavy drinker and haven't had any alcohol in weeks. I take metformin for type 2 diabetes, lisinopril, and venlafaxine. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I am having ongoing infections in the cuticles of my fingers and toes since early August. I am immuno-compromised due to RA and take biologics. I started Ciproflaxcin this past Thursday and am now using some old ones I had at home. Is this a good idea? How can I get a new referral to my specialists?

My girlfriend just had a tubal ligation. She experienced knee swelling and extreme pain starting yesterday, which is constant and sharp, stabbing, and aching depending on movement and position. She is 41 years old, stopped using contraceptives 17 days ago, and was under anesthesia for 1 hour. She is currently taking Percocet 7.5 and Zofran 8mg. There is no bruising, redness, or signs of infection at the incisions, and the knee is swollen 360 degrees. What could be causing this and what should we do?
