My son has noticed small bumps on the underside of his penis about 3 days after intercourse. He is very concerned about herpes. What are the other possibilities for these bumps, and what should the rest of the family do for hygiene with shared items like showers, dishes, and towels?

I have been experiencing sharp pain in my lower right abdomen for about 6 months. I was recently diagnosed with fatty liver and inconclusive gallbladder stones or polyps.
