There's something wrong with my throat. Twice now when I've swallowed, something on the upper left side has popped out of place and doesn't pop back into place until I swallow several times, which causes excruciating pain each time. It seems to happen if I turn or tilt my head at an odd angle, and it feels as though whatever popped out of place hasn't fully popped back in this time. Each time I swallow, it feels as though it's on the verge of doing it again. It's absolute agony when it happens. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed a couple of months ago. Could that have anything to do with it?

Did I really fracture my coworker's rib by giving her a tight hug, or was it a pre-existing condition exacerbated by the hug?

I stopped taking 150mg of Elavil after 50 years and switched to Cymbalta 60mg. I've been experiencing continuous headaches for over a year, and CAT scans and MRI show nothing. Is there a connection to stopping Elavil? I am 80 years old.

I have a strange problem where I get extremely nervous around people I know, especially if I haven't seen them in a while, and I am terrified of large crowds or public speaking. My symptoms include slurred speech, excessive sweating on my forehead, and facial twitching. I don't feel nervous, but my body reacts as if it is. This is affecting my life significantly, especially in my construction business where I need to meet with clients. I often drink a beer to numb my face and present myself better, but I hate relying on this. Is there something I can do to help me?
