Since having my pacemaker replaced, my head does not support itself and I cannot keep it from flopping down when I stand up. It is fine when sitting, but I must maintain correct posture when eating to avoid swallowing issues. How long has this been a concern for you? How old are you? Are you currently using any medications? Is there anything else in your medical history the Doctor should know?

I am a 24-year-old female with COVID-19, on Paxlovid, and experiencing severe medical anxiety. I had a brief episode of shortness of breath, but my peak flow and oxygen levels are good. I also have mild nose congestion and tiredness. I worry about dangerous COVID symptoms and if the shortness of breath was due to anxiety. Additionally, I have mild allergy-induced asthma and am concerned about chest tightness and muscle soreness, especially after physical activity. Are these symptoms related to COVID or just anxiety?

I take lamotrigine 500mg a day and have developed early signs of Steven-Johnsons Syndrome (SJS) due to a rapid increase in dosage. Can I ever take lamotrigine again if my SJS is mild and in the early stage, or do I have to avoid it for the rest of my life?
