The past 2 nights I have had a leg cramp that locked my foot in a “pointed toe” position and up the outside of my calf. It was so very painful I could not walk on it. It lasted about 15-20 minutes but the pain from it is still there today. It did not feel like a regular leg cramp. What could be causing this and what should I do?

My sister has been diagnosed with Stage III uterine cancer and has already undergone surgery and 26 rounds of radiation. She is currently weak, feeling exhausted, and has a yeast infection that hasn't been treated. The doctors now want her to undergo internal radiation. We are concerned about her prognosis and the spread of the cancer. What are the next steps and what can we do to support her?

I've been diagnosed with high blood pressure and am afraid to take the prescribed medication due to concerns about potential damage to my heart. I am overweight and notice that my blood pressure becomes almost perfect during rigorous exercise. I also have sinus issues and neck spasms. Do you recommend any heart tests?

My husband had an EKG and MRI, and the doctor said his heart function improved from 35% to 65%. The doctor also mentioned that there was nothing wrong seen on the MRI. My husband retains water in one leg, can't walk far, and gets out of breath. What do you make of this?
