The medication has been causing severe side effects such as painful earache, headache, fever-like symptoms, diarrhea, black bloody stools, stomach pain, headaches, and feeling really tired. Additionally, my throat gets really swollen and it's hard to swallow. What should I do about these side effects?

My blood pressure has been running really low (90/50) and my heart rate has been consistently between 49 to 56. I had an echocardiogram last week and feel lightheaded about 20% of the time, with one instance of passing out. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do about my low blood pressure and heart rate?
