I had unprotected sex on July 1st and the boy ejaculated inside me. I have been having recurrent sinus infections since March of this year. I will finish an antibiotic and within 5 days, the infection is back. My symptoms are not all typical - mostly headache, weak, tons of congestion, tired, but not much drainage. I finally had a CT of my sinuses. The results are here. I am seeing the ENT next week. Right now, my infection is back after finishing Zithromax on Monday. I'm starting Augmentin today. Can you explain what the CT results mean? I have read that having trouble with the Sphenoid Sinus is potentially dangerous. Also, do you think I will need surgery? What would you think the course of action will be?
