I am a 55-year-old female with a history of hysterectomy and bladder removal. I have been experiencing intermittent body weakness, shortness of breath, malaise, and fatigue. My recent lab results show normal CBC, CMP, ferritin, vitamin D and B12, sed rate, c-reactive protein, CK, TIBC, and saturation, but low iron at 43.
